Coordinator Pro Pricing

Fees and expenses

A pricing schedule, structured around the needs of the client, is developed using the following principles:

  • There is a one-time set-up fee, which includes customizing the buyer and seller task lists, adding contacts/preferred providers, and creating automated messages for distribution to participants throughout the closing process.

  • We offer flat-rate fees for document management and transaction coordination, and hourly fees for listing/marketing services.

  • Fees for services provided outside the agreed upon task lists are charged hourly. A deposit may be required. Please contact us to discuss fees, additional options, and methods of payment.

  • All incidental expenses incurred by transaction coordinator on behalf of client are billed monthly and are due upon receipt. Such expenses include, but are not limited to, postage, express shipping, parcel shipping, incoming toll free calls if using transaction coordinator's toll free business line (modest monthly fee at option of coordinator), and any purchases made on behalf of client plus time expended securing same.

Contract

A contract for services between agent and transaction coordinator is required prior to commencement of work. The contract is basic and outlines responsibilities of each party to the other. You are under no obligation and your personal information is kept strictly confidential. Coordinator Pro will never sell or share your contact information with any third party.

Methods of payment include personal check, cashiers check, money order, and credit cards and bank account debit through PayPal. There is no charge to the client for using PayPal services. For more information visit www.paypal.com. (TC fees must be paid either by title company at COE or agent's brokerage at commission disbursement unless otherwise agreed in writing.)

Virtual office/Dedicated fax

Client is required, at minimum, to authorize and pay for a dedicated fax line to be shared by client and transaction coordinator. Fees vary from $8.95 to $12.95/mo. Most commonly used fax methods are www.ringcentral.com, www.efax.com and www.maxemail.com. A desirable alternative for the agent is a Virtual Office where one local phone number serves as the reception desk for the agent, the transaction coordinator, and the fax.
